We will then interview the most qualified, experienced agents in your area. The agent will contact you and assist you with your real estate needs. If for any reason you are not happy with the agent we will go back to work for you and find another agent.

Thats what our service is all about, helping others and making life changing donations to Non-Profits. The amount of the donation is based on the commission paid to your real estate agent at closing. For example if the agent is paid $5,000 at settlement your favorite Non-Profit will receive 25% or $1250.00. If the commission is $10,000 the donation will be $1,500! The donation will be 25% for homes bought or sold in the State of Delaware!
